Many
people struggle when writing procedures because they haven't been taught
how to write them. People mistakenly think that procedure writing is similar
to other kinds of writing, when, if fact, it has its own rules, formats/design,
and way of thinking. Training committees often overlook the need for this
training and are surprised when employees jump to enroll when this program
is offered.
